  1. What are products and services you have to offer?

    Private tour programs, tour packages and hotel / accommodation arrangement.

  2. Do you have services to offer other than those mentioned on the website?

    Yes, we have other service. It is "Special request Tour / Customized Tour". This sort of service offers you who would like to request tours or packages according to their own customization or planning. This service enable you to request us to modify itinerary programs and packages based on your interest. Should you wish to request this service simply go to Contact us page to send us your message and we would get back to you with detais and rate (option) to offer.

  3. Why there are no price lists on your website?

    We don't put price lists on website because we basically offer flexible services at where you could easily request us to modify, revise or change according to your planning and interest. Please don't hesitate to drop us email or contact us should you have interest in certain tour packages we offer. We would be gladly to reply you with more details you require. Or if you would like to inquire tailor-made tour package adapted to your planning and schedule, feel free to send us request, and we would reply to you with details of tour package proposal.

  4. Do you organize and offer sharing group or join in coach tours?

    Unfortunately, we don't operate, organize or offer such tours. Our main focus is at private tour programs, tour packages and transport (rent car with driver) service.

  1. How to book tours or packages?

    First, please browse tours and holiday packages we have to offer. When you have found tours and holiday packages you take interest, simply go to Contact Us page to send us your message or request. Please also include specific request (if any) such as type of transport, hotel or accommodation, tour guide, etc.

    If you do not find tours or services what you are looking, and you would like to request customized / personalized tours or packages you could use Contact Us form page to send your request.

    Once you have sent your request, we would get back to you with our offer.Once you have approved our offer, you could confirm your booking by email or direct phone call (detail phone numbers mentioned on the header).

    Booking includes information such as names  and number of participant,  flight details ETA & ETD, etc.

  2. How to confirm booking?

    When itinerary program and price quotation options have been approved by you, please confirm your booking by direct phone call or email.

Payment terms & other common questions

  1. What are payment terms do you offer when I am going to book your tours or packages?

    Deposit payment : When we have received your booking confirmation, we would send you invoice to request deposit payment.

    Deposit payment method: By bank / wire transfer OR by credit card to our PayPal account. (Please contact us for our bank details or PayPal email).

    Receipt : Once your deposit payment has been paid, a receipt will be sent to you by email. The receipt is as the proof of your deposit payment and it should be presented upon arrival or pick service at the requested location / point of arrival.

    Balance payment: Balance or rest payment paid upon arrival or pick service. Balance payment method by cash.

  2. Why should I pay deposit / down payment (DP) when I have confirmed booking?

    Yes, deposit payment is to guarantee your booking. Once we have received your confirmation and deposit we would prepare things needed for the tour or package you have booked eg transportation, driver, tour guide, ticket, hotel / accommodation, restaurant, etc. Besides especially if you take long trip package during high season, any tour arrangement should be fixed and scheduled early.

  3. I don't mean to be rude, but what if I have booked your tour, paid deposit and I arrive at airport, but nobody shows up to pick me up?

    HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY! It is one of the top priorities that we always keep in mind to run this business. It is also another factor that keep us survived amidst the competition with others and motivate us to be always confident to offer our services.

    So, it is NOT possible for us to do cheating to customers or guests. We are selling service and mean to run clean and honest business. We are just small tour operator and we would like to get bigger someday in the future. For us cheating practice to customer means to ruin and destroy ourselves.
